A Session on POSH

POSH session was conducted for all staff in MPC on 10th September 2025 Wednesday from 2 pm to 3 pm at Community hall. Ms.Sajitha Rajeev, Head Projects, AMM Foundation was the facilitator of the session. The session highlighted on Significance of POSH, Types of Sexual Harassment for employees in an organization, Overview of relevant laws and regulations on sexual harassment in the workplace, Guidance on how to report incidents, The reporting channel must be clear and confidential to give confidence to victims seeking help and Role of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) on their roles and responsibilities. Interactive sessions to address questions and concerns. POSH session was organised by WID department.
